| Our retail store is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00am to 5:00pm EST. However, we check our email frequently and that's always a good way to stay in touch. |

| Online Shopping & Account Registration |
| Shopping online at Olive & Fig is simple and secure. Our store is always open and we always have a little something to fit your everyday style. You will be asked to create and account when it's time to checkout. This information is kept private and confidentialplease know that we will never sell your information to any person or company, for any reason. Registering with us also signs you up for our mailing list. We send out a quarterly newsletter (give or take a month…) filled with what's new, great tips, and a customer appreciation offer. You will be first to be notified of any sales, offers, or special events. And, you always have the option to "Unsubscribe" by clicking on the link at the bottom of each email. |

| We realize that sometimes you have questions, need additional info or just want to speak with a live human being. No problem, just give us a call at (800) 998-2595, Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST. If we're on another line or helping another customer, leave us a detailed message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. |

| Delivery Times |
| We do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In stock items will ship within three business days from receiving your order. If an item is a custom order, the expected delivery time will be noted in the product description. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you via email with an estimated delivery date. If you prefer not to wait, you may cancel the order and your card will be credited. |

| Custom Orders |
| Okay, so you placed a custom order and now you've changed your mind. No problemyou have three business days from the time you place your order to contact us, cancel the custom order and have the full amount refunded to you. After that time, custom orders are non-refundable. Not sure if it's a custom order? Just contact us for details. Note: Unless otherwise confirmed with us, all Photo Box orders are custom orders. |

| Returns & Exchanges |
| If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us via telephone or email. You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from us prior to returning your item. Please try and have your order information and reason for return prior to contacting us. Items received without a RMA number will not be accepted and returned to sender. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition within 30 days for a refund. Sale items and special promotional rate purchases are final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item that featured "free shipping", the shipping price will be deducted from your return. |
