| Standard Delivery Surcharges |
| Because furniture and other large items can be bulky and oversized, our cost to ship them is higher. Therefore, in instances where a Delivery Surcharge is necessary, it will be noted in the item's product description. |

| Please be sure to note that all deliveries to Post Office Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via USPS. |

| International Shipping |
| At this time, we currently only offer shipping in the U.S. No orders from foreign countries will be processed and payment received from countries outside the U.S. will be refunded upon receipt of the order. |

| Free Shipping |
| Several of our products feature free shipping, this means you will receive Standard Shipping free of charge. If you order an item that has free shipping, in addition to one that does not, you will only be charged the shipping costs for the standard shipping items. If, for any reason, you need to return an item that that was purchased under a free shipping promo/offer, the refund you receive will be for the item price less the standard shipping cost. Exceptions include defective items, which will be replaced at no charge/cost to the customer. |
